Marriage biodata format for a boy

Families want to know who he is, what he does and how to reach the family. A single clear page is enough.

What to include

• About him: name, date of birth, height if you wish, religion and mother tongue.
• Education: from 8th or 10th pass and ITI to degrees. Say it plainly.
• Work: job, business or farming. Farm land and monthly income can be added if the family wants.
• Family: parents and siblings, and the native place.
• Contact: who families should speak to.

Second marriage

Choose the marital status and, if there are children, add one line about them. There's no need to give a reason.

What you can leave out

Caste, horoscope, income and the phone number all stay off the card if you choose. The card is yours to shape.
