These terms apply when you use jodibiodata.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Questions go to support@jodibiodata.com.

What JodiBiodata is

JodiBiodata helps you make marriage biodatas, wedding cards, family invitations and remembrance cards that you can download or share by link. It is a design and document tool, not a matchmaking service. There are no profiles to browse, no search and no introductions. We don't check whether anything on a card is true. Please make your own checks before relying on a biodata someone sends you.

Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older to use the site. The person in a marriage biodata you share must be 18 or older. A card that names a child must be made by the child's parent or guardian.
• In India the legal minimum age for marriage is 18 for women and 21 for men. Don't use JodiBiodata to arrange a marriage below the legal age.
• If you make a biodata for someone else, or a card that names other people, you must have their agreement before sharing it.

What you must not do

• Make a biodata about someone without their agreement, or pretend to be someone else.
• Upload anything obscene, hateful or illegal, or any image you don't have the right to use.
• Use the site to ask for or offer dowry, which is illegal in India, or to harass or discriminate against anyone.
• Try to break, overload or scrape the site, or to get around its limits or the premium unlock.

You are responsible for what you put in your biodata. We may remove a share link, without notice, if it breaks these terms or the law, or if someone reports it and we have good reason to act. To report a page, use the "Report this page" link on it or email support@jodibiodata.com.

Share links

Anyone with a share link can see the card. Links are removed after 180 days, or sooner if you delete them. Please keep your own copy of anything important. We don't promise that a link will always be available.

The ₹149 pass (premium unlock)

• The pass is a one-time payment of ₹149 through Dodo Payments. It is not a subscription, and nothing renews.
• It gives you the premium designs and decorations in every JodiBiodata product, and downloads without the footer or preview watermark, on each device where you enter your key. Share links keep a small JodiBiodata line.
• The key is for your own and your family's cards and biodatas. Please don't publish it or resell it.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded, the key stops being valid.

Your content and our site

Your details and photo stay yours. You allow us to store and show them only as needed to run a share link you create. The designs, artwork and site belong to JodiBiodata or its licensors. You can use them in your own biodata, but not resell them or copy them into another product.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site running and correct, but it is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. Please check your biodata before you send it. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses or for what other people do with a biodata you share. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the new version applies from then on.
